Our groups of local women aim to support you to take your first steps on your running adventure, at your own time and at your own pace. Come along and make friends and build real life goals that will help you to achieve your personal goals.
Run for the bus, play football with the kids or slip on your shoes and go for a 5K before a long Sunday lunch. We are here to make it happen.
