Imagine the day - It's damp, windy and grey, not the best weather for a run around London.

Our groups of local women aim to support you to take your first steps on your running adventure, at your own time and at your own pace. Come along and make friends and build real life goals that will help you to achieve your personal goals.

Run for the bus, play football with the kids or slip on your shoes and go for a 5K before a long Sunday lunch. We are here to make it happen.

- Warm up

- Fun post warm up activity

- Main session

- Fun post main session activity

- Cool down

With a friendly online social group to keep the fires burning between sessions.
