Our group of strong powerful women aims to support you to take your first steps on your running
adventure, at your own time and at your own pace. Come along and make friends and build real life goals that will help you to achieve your personal goals.
Run for the bus, play football with the kids or slip on your shoes and go for a 5K before a long Sunday lunch. We are here to make it happen.
Beginners from walking to running 1 or 2K
Tuesday, 10am, Big Red Bus Club, Charlton Park Cemetery Lane Entrance, SE7 8UB
Intermediate from comfortably running 1 or 2K, £2 a session
Thursday, 8pm, Big Red Bus Club, Charlton Park Cemetery Lane Entrance, SE7 8UB
Just turn up, during the term time, no need to book. Please wear trainers, a comfortable bra and bring a water bottle.
Family wellbeing is at the heart of our organisation. The activities and projects our families create our centered around challenging isolation and promoting a holistic approach to wellbeing. Basically it means we believe you cant really improve your body without really improving your mind or environment.
Every Tuesday afternoon we have a range of wellbeing and mindfulness activities for under fives and thier families.

We are a family wellbeing centre, free to use and running projects developed by local families, at the heart of the Big Red Bus Club is our daily stay and play for children under five and families. The stay and play runs 12.30pm - 3pm, weekdays term time only and is entirely volunteer run and led.
This is a free daily stay and play. There is no charge for families. A place to meet others and make friends.

Based in Charlton Park we also run projects that support our whole family approach to wellbeing including supporting families with children with Special Educational Needs, Disability, community events and a whole packed programme of activities that help us be healthy and happy families.
