Daisy and Anatoliy would like to thank all the friends, family and Big Red Bus Clubbers that helped them both cycle a staggering 65 miles to support the Big Red Bus Club. Daisy was overwhelmed by the messages on social media and said "The Big Red Bus Club has been a part of my life since I was so little, I love walking past and seeing the new little children playing, thank you for supporting us” It was a long gruelling day with the kids spending over 8 hours on thier bikes, including climbing a few hills and crossing the river at Gravesend/Tilbury and Woolwich. The two twelve year olds met over nine years ago at the Big Red Bus Club and both now attend the local secondary school. Anatoliy has made a great video of thier day out

On a beautiful sunny day loads of small children turned up to wave them off, two of those children only five year olds, who had played as toddlers at the Big Red Bus Club were Anatole and Daisy. Both children as they got older became keen cyclists. Today, six years later, they will be joining adult cyclist who will be donning lycra one more time and riding 100k in aid of the Big Red Bus Club. Continue reading
